Take the gutter down, probe the fascia and soffit for rot, and show you what we found
Written quote for the boards to replace and whether to wrap in aluminum or leave for paint
Replace with primed lumber or PVC trim, add drip edge where it is missing, wrap if chosen
Rehang the gutter with hangers into solid wood and add screened soffit vents where needed

Do I need to replace the gutters too?
Not always. If the gutters are sound we take them down, do the wood, and put them back up. We tell you before we start.
What is aluminum wrap?
Bent aluminum coil fitted over the fascia board so it never needs paint. It matches the gutter color and is standard on new homes.
Can you match my soffit?
Vented aluminum and vinyl soffit in the common colors is stocked. Older wood soffit we replace with a matching profile, or PVC where paint has failed.
